The RM Outlook Add-in allows you to send an Outlook Meeting Request with rooms, equipment, catering, and all other categories/resources you need for the event directly from Outlook.

The Outlook Meeting request/invite is sent to all attendees. Optionally to the visitors as well. So it is straightforward and convenient for your users to have the same booking experience from Outlook. All the Meeting Reservation Details, like the reserved room, equipment, catering, parking, etc., are saved on the ROOM MANAGER Website.
