Outlook Meeting Request and Invites

The Room Manager Outlook Add-In is a separate module that can be installed on your outlook desktop or Outlook on the Web. The RM Outlook Add-in allows you to send an Outlook Meeting Request, with rooms, equipment, catering, and all other categories/resources you need for the event directly from Outlook.

The Outlook Meeting request/invite is sent to all attendees. Optionally to the visitors a well. So it is very easy and convenient for your users to have the same booking experience from Outlook. All the Meeting Reservation Details, like the reserved room, equipment, catering, parking, etc are saved as well on the ROOM MANAGER Website.

With the Room Manager Outlook Add-In you can see side-by-side availability of rooms; details about a specific room, like whether it has the audio bridge you need; or even book catering for that important client lunch meeting — all from Outlook, the Web, or our a Conference Room Display.

Plus, ROOM MANAGER automatically synchronizes schedule changes between Outlook and the ROOM MANAGER website and notifies users of any changes, in real-time.
