The employee needs to check in the booked desk on time. The check-in Period is defined as 15 minutes. When the desk is not checked in after the check-in period, the system releases it, making it available for others to book.
Cancel the reservation from the mobile app with one click, and the event is canceled and synchronized back to the Deks Booking site.
