Made with Microsoft PowerApps. The Room Manager Resource Booking Mobile App lets you book from a mobile device any resources you like to share for booking with your employees. All bookings and reservations are synchronized to your Room Manager Site running on SharePoint Online on your Office/Microsoft 365 tenant.
PowerApps How it works
Employees can first download Microsoft PowerApps from iTunes or Google Play. Once the PowerApps is installed, the user can connect to the available Resource Booking PowerApps shared and made available by your admin.
With the Room Manager solution, you receive the build PowerApps Package for Resource Booking All-In-One, Visitor Registration App, and Conference Room Display App.

Visitor Sign-In, Visitor registration app
Visitors sign in on an iPad kiosk when a visitor arrives; they’ll enter their details and sign documents right on the iPad.
Visitor Registration App notifies its host. Visitor Registration App automatically alerts your employee when their guest arrives—saving you time and hassle. Find your guest sitting in any Meeting through your organization by searching the Name or any other keyword.
Checkout by filtering all open Events. Select the meeting name, click check out, or use the checkout with the QR code function.
