The Microsoft Lists app for iOS (MC232966) will let you access your SharePoint lists from your phone or tablet. The company officially describes the app as “a Microsoft 365 app that helps you track information and organize work. Lists are simple, smart, and flexible, so you can stay on top of what matters most to your team. Track issues, assets, routines, contacts, inventory and more using customizable views and smart rules and alerts to keep everyone in sync. With ready-made templates, you can quickly start lists online, in our new mobile app.

All changes can be done easily for each field and any value.
All your desks are managed in a SharePoint List. We use different fields for our deks, like title, location, floorplan, active, Keywords, etc. (you are free to add new custom fields).
As you can see we have a desk booking site on SharePoint online. There is a list called “Desks”. Here the Admin can manage all his desks.
This is a simple list with different fields that Room Manager Desk Booking uses.

Manage your keywords
